What is the star rating of your business?
If it’s not at least 4-stars, a recent survey by BrightLocal indicates that up to 49% of your potential customers may choose not to do business with you. Instead, they’ll continue to look until they find one of your competitors that does have at least a 4-star rating.
I love information like this because it gives a business owner a very clear choice: Either setup a program to get feedback & reviews from your customers so your star ratings go up, or continue to miss up to 49% of your potential customers.
As 2017 comes to a close, make sure you have a plan in place to help improve your Online Reputation (which includes your star ratings) so that you can attract even more customers in 2018!
